How personalization works
- Choose your item. Select the garment, bag, or accessory you would like.
- Add your details. Enter names, initials, and other requested information exactly as they should be stitched.
- Check everything carefully. Spelling, capitalization, and order of initials will be stitched from the information submitted with your order.
Proofs and changes
A proof is included only when the product description specifically says so. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once stitching has begun.
Color and placement
Thread and garment colors may look slightly different from screen to screen. Small variations in placement are part of making each item individually.
